Warranty & Returns

1-Year Limited Warranty

Every Limber Lumbar device is covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

What Is Covered

  • Structural frame components (welds, tubes, joints)
  • Step platform hardware and brackets
  • Harness buckles, straps, and X-strap hardware
  • Manufacturing defects that affect function or safety

What Is Not Covered

  • Normal wear on foam padding and upholstery
  • Damage from misuse, modification, or use beyond the 300 lb weight rating
  • Cosmetic damage (surface scratches, paint chips) that does not affect function
  • Damage from improper assembly or failure to follow the setup guide

How to File a Warranty Claim

  1. Email support@limberlumbar.com with your order number and a description of the issue
  2. Include photos or video showing the defect
  3. We will respond within 2 business days with next steps
  4. Approved claims will receive replacement parts or a replacement unit at our discretion

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window for unused, unassembled units in their original packaging. To initiate a return, email support@limberlumbar.com with your order number.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned unit
  • Assembled or used units are handled on a case-by-case basis

Damaged in Shipping

If your unit arrives damaged, photograph the damage and packaging immediately and email support@limberlumbar.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement at no cost.
